With a background in the high-tech industry, Ezra brings a data-driven and analytical approach to real estate investing — combining technology, financial modeling, and operational efficiency to identify and scale high-potential opportunities across Indiana.
His focus is on structuring deals, managing capital, and ensuring that every investment is grounded in solid numbers and transparent reporting.

Gad oversees project execution, contractor relations, and property rehabilitation efforts.
Before co-founding E&G, he built his career in technology and project management, developing strong operational and leadership skills that now guide E&G’s renovation and field teams.
Gad’s hands-on approach ensures that every rehab project is executed with quality, precision, and respect for both timelines and budgets.
