E&G Real Estate Group is the public-facing brand of E&G Investments Indiana LLC, a U.S. real estate investment company founded by Ezra Edelshtain and Gad Levy-Neuman.

With a background in the high-tech industry, Ezra brings a data-driven and analytical approach to real estate investing — combining technology, financial modeling, and operational efficiency to identify and scale high-potential opportunities across selected U.S. residential markets.
Gad Levy-Neuman
Managing Partner
Gad oversees project execution, contractor relations, and property rehabilitation efforts. Before co-founding E&G, he built his career in technology and project management, developing strong operational and leadership skills that now guide E&G's renovation and field teams. Gad's hands-on approach ensures that every rehab project is executed with quality, precision, and respect for both timelines and budgets.
